Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly.

  • Provide product/service information to customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team or department.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call quality and resolution targets.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge and process updates.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.

    Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

  • Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
