💼 Job Description

We are hiring Executive Support Associates for a non-voice, backend support role under the Star Mountain Capital process at Noon Dalton. The role involves managing structured executive support functions including travel coordination, scheduling, CRM updates, and daily administrative tasks.

Candidates must have strong communication skills and prior experience in Travel Management, Expense Management, and Calendar Management to support high-touch executive operations across multiple time zones.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and cross-timezone coordination

• Handle domestic/international travel planning, bookings, and itinerary management

• Support expense tracking, reimbursements, and compliance reporting

• Perform CRM-related tasks, data updates, and administrative workflows

• Maintain booking accuracy while adhering to airline/hotel preferences and SOPs

• Ensure consistency, professionalism, and timely execution of executive support requests

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless backend operations

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in:

  • Travel Management (mandatory)

  • Expense Management (mandatory)

  • Calendar Management (mandatory)

• Graduates & Undergraduates both eligible

🕒 Working Structure

• Working Days: 5.5 days

• Shifts: Rotational shifts

• Cab Facility:

  • Cabs provided during odd hours for females

  • Cab allowance of ₹180 per day for males
