Telecaller

A Real Estate Telecaller generates leads and drives property sales by making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining projects, answering queries, scheduling site visits, and updating CRM records, focusing on converting inquiries into sales through strong communication and follow-ups. Key responsibilities include promoting properties, handling objections, maintaining client data, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets, requiring excellent communication, persuasion, and basic real estate knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Initiate calls to prospective buyers or tenants to introduce properties, offers, and services.

• Client Engagement: Answer inbound calls, address questions about projects (pricing, features, location), and build rapport

  .

• Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate property site visits with interested clients.

• Data Management: Accurately record client information, call details, and feedback in a CRM system.

• Follow-up: Maintain contact with leads to provide updates and move them closer to a sale.

• Sales Support: Work with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide qualified leads. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of property market and projects (training often provided).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and telecalling tools.

• Personal Attributes: Patience, empathy, time management, and resilience.

• Education: High school diploma; a degree is often preferred.
