Job Title: Customer Support Executive (MMS English – Media Market Saturn Work)
Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive for the Media Market Saturn process. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced e-commerce support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice support
Resolve customer queries related to e-commerce products, orders, and services
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times
Document interactions and follow up on pending issues
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / Customer Support (preferably in e-commerce)
Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (C1 level fluency required)

Salary:
Up to ₹32,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Work Schedule:
5.5 days working
Rotational shifts and weekly offs
