POSITION : Customer Care Service (CRT – Customer Service)

LOCATION: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (On-site)

EXPERIENCE: Fresher to 5 years

WORK TYPE: Inbound voice process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate solutions

Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction

Document interactions accurately in the system

Resolve escalated complaints professionally

Collaborate with team members and follow company guidelines

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Good English communication (verbal & written)

Customer-focused, patient, and problem-solving mindset

Team player, adaptable to shifts and dynamic work environment

SHIFT: Rotational (: no shift beyond 8:30 PM)

WORKING DAYS: 5 days/week, 2 days rotational off

SALARY: ₹14.5K – ₹25.4K (in-hand, based on experience)
