Job Role:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer queries

• Provide support via calls/email/chat (as per process)

• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism

• Maintain customer satisfaction & process quality

Work Details:

Work From Office (Jaipur)

5.5 days working | Rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)

9.5 hrs/day (incl. 1 hr break)

Rotational week-offs

Cab facility (odd hours – 50% cost borne by employee)
