Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Dwarkesh Ventures LLP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a positive, problem-solving attitude

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly

• Meet defined performance targets, including customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rates

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate or equivalent

• Experience Range: 0–2 years in customer service or a similar role (freshers may also apply)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations

• Must be open to working 6 days a week during day shifts
