Job Responsibilities:
Follow up on new leads received from website, calls, or messages
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions
Explain product features and give software demo to clients (online / call-based)
Coordinate with clients for payments and order confirmation
Provide after-delivery customer support for software products
Handle client queries via call, WhatsApp, or email
Maintain basic client details and follow-up records
Coordinate with the technical team when needed
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
Good English
Confidence to talk with clients on phone calls
Basic computer knowledge (browser, WhatsApp, email, documents)
Willingness to learn software products and processes
Job Requirements:

Education:
12th Pass / Graduate (communication skills are more important than degree)
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
