Job Description

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple projects • Track project progress against weekly, monthly plans • Identify deviations, risks, and issues and escalate them to project managers and stakeholders • Maintain and update project trackers Reporting & Data Validation (Excel-Focused) • Develop and maintain project dashboards and MIS reports using Advanced Excel functions • Analyses project data to provide insights on bottlenecks • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project status reports for management • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reports Required Skills & Competencies • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including:  VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP  INDEX–MATCH  Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts  Advanced formulas and conditional formatting  Data validation and dashboards • Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, , etc.) Educational Qualifications • B.E (preferable BE – Civil)
