Position: Telecallers
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce Dream Desk Edu’s educational programs and services.
• Explain course offerings, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and scholarship opportunities in a clear and engaging manner.
• Schedule and manage counseling appointments while maintaining consistent follow-ups with potential students.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions appointments through effective communication and guidance.
• Record and update all call details, feedback, and lead outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Address student queries professionally, providing correct information and support throughout the admission process.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or Senior Secondary.
• Proficiency in Bengali, Nepali, Hindi, and English (knowing all languages is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm for helping students, and a goal-oriented mindset.
