Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.

Conduct meetings, site visits, and property presentations with potential buyers.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with real estate market trends, property rates, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Should be comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
