About the Role

We are looking for confident and energetic candidates to join our team ALTRUIST as Phone Banking Officers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the banking sector by gaining strong customer service and sales experience while working with a reputed private bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over phone calls and build strong relationships

• Promote and upsell banking products and services

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Achieve assigned targets and earn performance-based incentives

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Undergraduates with 6–9 months of relevant experience can apply

• Age limit: Up to 30 years

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Customer-focused approach

• Sales and convincing skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Incentives

• ₹17,500 per month for freshers

• ₹18,500 per month for experienced candidates

• Attractive performance-based incentives over and above salary

Additional Benefits

• Shuttle facility available

• Shift timings between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

• Female employees will be assigned shifts only up to 7:00 PM

• 6 days working with rotational weekly off
