Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers and explain company products or services clearly.
Follow up with interested leads on a regular basis.
Build a positive relationship with clients over calls.
Convert leads into successful closings.
Maintain proper records of calls, responses, and closures.
Coordinate with the team regarding daily updates and work progress.
Eligibility
Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
Confidence in talking to clients over phone calls.
Basic knowledge of customer handling and persuasion.
Must have a mobile phone/laptop and stable internet connection.
Prior telecalling or sales experience will be preferred, but freshers with confidence can also apply.

Available in both Part-Time and Full-Time options
Flexible working hours based on performance and target completion
Salary & Incentives
Per Closing Payment: Rs. 300 per successful closure
If the candidate achieves more than 20 closures in a month, a bonus cycle will be started
