Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven academic counsellor – inside sales to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students on UG & PG courses
Handle inquiries through calls and online platforms
Guide students on courses, eligibility, and admission process
Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain daily records of calls and walk-ins
Address student queries and provide accurate information
Collect and maintain feedback from students
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–3 years of experience in sales or academic counselling (education preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Target-oriented and self-motivated
