Job Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers to provide information and assistance on loan products.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to loan processing and customer support.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely loan approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan details.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high satisfaction.
• Follow company and banking compliance guidelines during all processes.
Requirements:
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

• Languages: Fluent in Tamil and English
