💼 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development– Inside Sales with experience in inside sales ( Credit cared sales, NBFC ) and insurance calling. The role focuses on generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue through effective client engagement.
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Identify and convert business opportunities through inbound & outbound sales
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to improve sales pitches
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
🧩 Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in tele sales / inside sales minimum 6 month to 1 year.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and sales pipelines
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven mindset
