About the Role

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and responsible individuals to join our growing Quick Service Restaurant team. As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth store operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and want to build a long-term career in the retail and food service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with orders

• Take and process customer orders efficiently

• Prepare and serve beverages and quick bites as per company standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in store and kitchen areas

• Ensure proper presentation of food items

• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors for replenishment

• Work as a team to maintain fast and smooth service

• Follow safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum High School qualification

• Freshers can apply

• Prior experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage

• Basic English & Hindi communication required

• Comfortable with rotational shifts and flexible weekly offs

• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset

• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
