Job Description
Conduct cold calls to generate and qualify leads, setting up meetings for senior counsellors.
Understand and explain products effectively to potential customers, addressing their needs and pain points.
Maintain strong follow-ups, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive referrals post-sale.
Use CRM to track leads, manage pipeline, and consistently meet monthly targets
Qualification Criteria
Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in academics
Excellent verbal communication skills and well-versed in English
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills with the ability to work within deadlines
