Job Summary
Singhawal Infra and Build Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and responsible Floor Manager to supervise and manage daily sales floor activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling the sales team, monitoring performance, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales floor.
Monitor the performance of sales executives, tele-callers, and pre-sales teams.
Ensure proper follow-up of leads and client inquiries.
Guide and support team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and productivity on the sales floor.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding daily performance and reports.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure proper lead distribution and follow-up by the team.
Conduct regular briefings and motivate the team for better performance.
Maintain records of daily sales activities and team performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
