Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, generate site visit opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and basic knowledge of real estate sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to project inquiries.
Generate and qualify leads through various sources (portals, references, campaigns, etc.).
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain and update customer database in CRM.
Provide detailed project information to clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for smooth lead flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

0–2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telecalling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
