We are looking for motivated and dynamic Business Development Executives (Freshers and Experienced) to join our growing team.
Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and helping the company achieve sales and growth goals.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Present and promote our IT and digital services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Understand client needs and prepare customized proposals.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.
For Experienced Candidates (1–2 Years):
Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales (preferably IT or digital marketing).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.) is a plus.
For Freshers:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Basic understanding of IT or digital marketing services is preferred.
Strong motivation to build a career in business development.
