Manage and motivate team to achieve sales targets
Drive sourcing and conversion of Personal Loan & Overdraft customers
Monitor team performance, productivity, and sales funnel
Ensure compliance with KYC, credit, and company policies
Coordinate with credit teams for faster approvals
Maintain portfolio quality and reduce delinquencies
Handle customer escalations and ensure good experience
