Key Responsibilities:
Visit client sites for •installation, configuration, and servicing•• of LED display screens.
Diagnose and repair •hardware and module-level faults•• in LED panels, SMPS, receiving cards, and control systems.
Perform •preventive maintenance•• and routine inspections of installed LED setups.
Handle •on-site testing, calibration, and alignment•• of LED screens.
Coordinate with the internal •production and R&D teams•• for technical support.
Provide •technical training and demonstrations•• to clients or operators when required.
Maintain •service reports, installation records, and spare part usage logs••.
Ensure •timely response•• to service calls and customer satisfaction.
• Travel across assigned regions or project locations as per requirement.
