We are looking for a Operations Associate to join our team at Hgb Workman Company to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹40000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts(sometimes)---(execution of the plan is more important).

Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

Source materials and manage vendor coordination with best quality and minimum costs.

Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans and also as per schedule of launch date.

Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants may be basic in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble/civil/electrical and related work with strong operational skills to get the things done in minimum time with maximum efforts with proper reporting.
