Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Strategize and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing

Analyze web traffic metrics and optimize performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools

Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, posts) in collaboration with the content and design teams

Plan and manage social media strategy to enhance engagement and brand awareness

Manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews/comments professionally

Monitor ROI and KPIs, preparing regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Marketing, etc.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CMS

Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Strong communication and leadership skills
