Job Description

Job Title: Senior Travel Sales Executive

Location: J.B. Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai
Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM | Week Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

Sell domestic & international holiday packages
Handle walk-in, telephonic, email & agent enquiries
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
Follow up leads and close sales through telesales
Provide complete product, itinerary & pricing details
Coordinate with operations team for post-sales process
Maintain daily sales reports & customer database
Build and manage relationships with travel agents / PSAs
Handle customer escalations & ensure 95% satisfaction
Follow company SOPs, policies & audit processes

Requirements:

HSC / Graduate (Any stream)
Minimum 1 year experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Sales
Good communication & presentable personality
Target-driven & customer-focused
