Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding students and parents about Aakash courses (NEET, JEE, Foundation, etc.),

explaining program benefits, and converting inquiries into admissions.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling

• Counsel students and parents about Aakash courses and career opportunities.

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.

• Explain course structure, fees, scholarship tests, and batch details.

1. Lead Management

• Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.

• Follow up with prospective students regularly.

• Maintain accurate data in the CRM system.

1. Admission Conversion

• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding.

1. Relationship Management

• Build a strong rapport with students and parents.

• Address queries and resolve concerns effectively.

• Maintain a positive brand image of Aakash.

1. Marketing Support

• Participate in seminars, school visits, and education fairs.

• Support promotional activities and scholarship tests.

• Required Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong, convincing and negotiation ability.

• Target-oriented and result-driven.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Qualification: Any Graduate

• 1–6 years of experience in education counselling/sales preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
