We are a young FMCG startup creating innovative beverage Mixers designed for modern cafés, bars, restaurants, and beverage brands. We manufacture and supply premium, playful, and revolutionary drink solutions for the HoReCa and B2B market.
We are looking for a driven and energetic Channel Development Executive to help us expand our presence across distributors, cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, and institutional buyers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new markets, and growing a brand from the ground up.
Identify and onboard B2B clients, distributors, cafés, bars, restaurants, and HoReCa partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers
Conduct product demos and explain product usage, benefits, and applications
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, and fulfilment
Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements
Support brand visibility through tastings, activations, and trade interactions
Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets aligned with company growth
0–3 years of experience in B2B, FMCG, HoReCa, or distributor handling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and startup-minded
Basic understanding of beverages, food, or hospitality industry is a plus
