Job Responsibilities:
·Build, Lead and Manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents, and business partners.
·Identify and convert new business opportunities in export logistics and international freight.
·Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
·Ensure team members are trained, motivated, and aligned with performance objectives.
·Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competition.
·Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
·Provide insights and reports to senior management on market developments and performance metrics.
Required Skill Set:
·Experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or export-import.
·Strong managerial skills to lead and motivate a results-driven sales team.
·Expertise in at least one area such as: Hazardous cargo (high volume), ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo) or General Containerized freight (100–200+ TEUs per month)
·Comfort working with multiple groups within business.
·Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
·Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
·Sound understanding of logistics pricing, documentation, and international trade procedures.
