### Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in guiding students toward the right career programs while driving enrolments . This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, confident communicators, and passionate about helping students succeed.
### Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students through •warm calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing••.
Understand students’ career aspirations and •recommend the most suitable courses••.
Convert leads into admissions and •consistently achieve monthly sales targets••.
Maintain accurate •lead and student data in the CRM system••.
Coordinate with •students, parents, and internal teams•• to ensure a smooth admission process.
Assist students with •enrollment documentation and fee payment procedures••.
Deliver an excellent •student experience from inquiry to enrollment••.
### What We’re Looking For
• Graduate (any discipline).
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Strong •communication and interpersonal skills••.
Ability to work in a •fast-paced, target-driven environment••.
Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about •career counseling and sales••.
