🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK clients, assisting them with flight, hotel, and holiday bookings.
Convert leads into confirmed sales with strong persuasion.
Provide best travel solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Stay updated with airline fare rules, refund policies, and travel industry trends.

🧩 Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in UK Travel Sales process (voice process).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
