Key Responsibilities :
● Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Life Insurance / Health Insurance
● Understand customer financial goals and recommend the right insurance products.
● Explain policy features, benefits, and terms with clarity and confidence.
● Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
● Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and empathetically. Requirements
● Graduate with excellent English communication skills.
● 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Insurance Sales preferred.
● Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome.
● Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling customer objections.
● Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
