We are looking for high-energy, target-driven Admission Counsellors who can convert prospects into successful enrollments through structured counselling, smart follow-ups, and result-oriented communication.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Outreach & Qualification
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective MBA students.
Qualify leads based on:
Budget range (₹8–25 Lakhs)
Preferred states/colleges
Entrance exam status (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT)
2026 intake readiness
Handle objections related to ROI, placements, and college comparisons.
Inbound Lead Management
Nurture prospects using structured scripts.
Schedule and conduct detailed counselling sessions.
CRM & Data Management
Update Zoho CRM/Excel in real time with:
Call notes
Lead stage (Hot/Warm/Cold)
Objections
Next follow-up date
Conversion probability
Track daily KPIs and contribute to weekly sales reports.
Target Achievement & Team Collaboration
Achieve Monthly targets (8+ qualified Admissions).
Participate in Saturday sales huddles.
Assist in campaign data preparation and performance tracking.
Student Onboarding Support
Collect necessary documents (ID proof, academic transcripts).
Coordinate virtual campus tours.
Handover confirmed admissions to enrollment team smoothly.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA preferred).
2–5+ years of experience in sales, tele-calling, education counselling, or admissions.
Fluent in English & Hindi (Regional languages like Bengali, Telugu, Kannada are a plus).
Strong working knowledge of:
WhatsApp Business
Google Forms
CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
Target-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejection.
Comfortable with 8-hour calling shifts.
Quick learner with interest in AI-based lead qualification tools.
Compensation & Growth
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Performance Incentives: ₹2,500 – ₹8,000 per conversion
Uncapped earning potential (Top performers earn ₹3–5 Lakhs annually in incentives)
Fast-track growth to Team Lead within 12–15 months (performance-based)
