Job Description – CRM Executive

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase-V, Gurgaon
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data using CRM tools
Coordinate with sales & service teams for leads, orders, and follow-ups
Prepare and track quotations and customer records
Handle customer communication and service coordination
Maintain reports using Advanced Excel
Basic coordination with accounts using Tally
Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
Hands-on experience with CRM software/tools
Working knowledge of Tally
Experience in quotation preparation and follow-ups
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience:
2–4 years (mandatory)
