Our dedicated Wedding Department works closely with couples and families to bring their dream celebrations to life. We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our vibrant team and be the first point of contact for our potential wedding clients.
Job Description:
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our wedding venues and packages, and scheduling appointments or site visits with our sales and event teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential wedding clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Present and explain wedding packages, venue options, and services offered by the company.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences to offer suitable options.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and booking targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
Prior experience in tele calling, hospitality, or event/wedding sales preferred (fresher’s with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong listening and persuasion skills.
Ability to multitask and manage client interactions professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office tools).
