Job Summary:
Linearsil is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, presenting products or services, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Compensation:
In-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives and career advancement opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Present, promote, and sell company products or services to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused approach with proven ability to close deals
Working knowledge of sales techniques and processes
Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment
