We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Shaadi.com. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹22,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through cold calling.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a 12th Pass and 6 months of experience in a telesales profile. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, outbound calling, inside sales, outbound sales, telesales,telecalling,bpo sales is an added advantage.
