We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Progressive Cars Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers salary of ₹10000 - ₹18000.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain a positive, professional tone while communicating with customers.
Handle complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain call logs and records of useful information.
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, calling is an added advantage.
