Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Coordinator to manage daily site follow-ups, coordinate with site teams, and ensure smooth communication between office and project locations. The candidate will be responsible for regular site visits and providing daily work updates.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily site visits as per project requirements.
Do regular follow-ups with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
Collect and share daily work progress updates with the office team.
Monitor site activities and ensure work is running as per schedule.
Report any delays, issues, or material requirements.
Coordinate between site team and management for smooth execution.
Maintain site visit records and basic documentation.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and safety norms.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of site work / construction activities.
- Ability to travel locally for site visits.
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Basic mobile reporting (Photos, WhatsApp updates, Excel – if required).
