Job Description / Responsibilities
1. Follow sales plans based on sales strategies to increase market share.
2. Manage the sales cycle for existing, potential customers & including distributors.
3. Identify the sales opportunities to increase market penetration.
4. Makes sales presentations and negotiates sales contracts with customers. Educates customers on new products and product enhancements.
5. Understands and communicates customer goals and issues, current prospects and marketing events to team members.
6. Conducts competitor analysis on regular basis an update same to Team members.
7. Serves as technical resource and troubleshooter of product performance issues.
8. Customer Payment follow-up and analysis.
