Job Title: Manager – Manager Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in expanding the customer base, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth for our crane rental business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, equipment rental services, and marketing strategy—preferably within the construction, heavy machinery, or logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, logistics, and other relevant industries.

·        Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.

·        Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.

·        Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to position services competitively.

·        Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

·        Address and resolve client issues or disputes promptly and professionally.

·        Qualifications & Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction services.

·        Strong knowledge of crane types and their applications.

·        Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

·        Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

Key Skills:

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
