Key Responsibilities:
Internal and International Recruitment
Manage end-to-end hiring for own companies and branches and also for international markets (UK, Europe, etc.)
Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
Coordinate with global stakeholders and ensure hiring compliance
HR Operations
Oversee onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle
Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance
Manage HR systems, records, and reporting
Internal Projects & Coordination
Lead internal HR and cross-functional projects
Track timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Talent Management
Implement talent development and retention strategies
Support employee engagement and succession planning
Performance Management
Manage appraisal cycles, KPIs, and feedback systems
Support managers in driving performance culture
Handle performance improvement plans (PIPs)
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams
Act as a bridge between employees, hiring teams, and management
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policies
Proficiency in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation and Benefits
Strong skills in Conflict Resolution, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development
Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration
