We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented HR Executive. The role requires strong HRBP exposure, sharp communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to support employee branding initiatives while providing people insights aligned with business goals.
Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Support employee branding and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organizations market positioning and employee value proposition.
1. Drive participation in industry awards and recognitions, including identifying relevant awards, coordinating data collection, preparing submissions, and managing end-to-end participation.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare strong, data-backed narratives and presentations for industry award submissions.
3. Conduct industry and competitor benchmarking from a business and talent strategy perspective, including workforce models, skill availability, productivity trends, organizational structures, and people costs impacting business performance.
4. Analyze market and competitor practices to support business growth, capability building, and cost optimization.
5. Prepare and analyze HR MIS, dashboards, and reports using data analytics to support decision-making
6. Support succession planning, talent identification, and critical role mapping in alignment with business priorities.
7. Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Understanding of HR processes from onboarding to exit management.
Clear HRBP mindset with the ability to balance employee needs and business priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in handling industry awards, documentation, and external recognitions.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in HR data analytics and reporting.
Ability to interpret industry benchmarking data with a commercial and business-oriented mindset.
