1. Senior Architect (1 Position)

Experience: 8–10 Years
Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

Lead design direction for high-rise residential & commercial towers, ensuring strong concept, feasibility, and authority strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept design & massing studies for high-rise projects

• Develop authority approval strategies (Mumbai regulations)

• Guide Project Architects across multiple projects

• Interface with developers and key clients

• Conduct internal design reviews and ensure quality

Skills Required

• Strong experience in high-rise tower design

• Excellent understanding of approvals & regulations

• Leadership and decision-making ability

• Strong design presentation skills

Software

• Autodesk Revit

• AutoCAD, MS Office

• Exposure to AI tools preferred
