Job Description

We are looking for a Billing Executive (Commercial) to join our team at Krystal Integrated Services Ltd. The role involves preparing accurate and timely client billing in line with agreed termsKey Responsibilities

Coordination with internal teams to ensure timely inputs for bill preparations
Ensure correct and timely bill generation in line with agreed contract terms and related compliances.
Guide internal Operations team members on billed components (as required).
Address client billing queries on Taxation and related aspects (as required)
Maintain trackers and reports related to client billings

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Should have prior experience of multi-site client billings.
Should be well versed in Indian Statutory Compliances and Taxation.
Should be open to travel to client sites to address billing queries
Min qualification: B.Com.
Should have Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot, etc)
Candidates with prior industry experience in billing for a Facility Management/Manpower Services company would be preferred.
Immediate joiners would be preferred
