Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or ERP certification) is a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ERP system management and IT operations, with at least 3 years of experience specifically with Strategic ERP or similar software for a Real Estate Company.
o Proven experience managing IT departments, including infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and IT support.
o Demonstrated success in leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and IT projects.
Technical Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of Strategic ERP software and its modules.
o Strong understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
o Proficiency in SQL, database management, ERP integration, and business process modeling.
Soft Skills:
o Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
o Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
o Experience in leading and mentoring a diverse team of IT and ERP professionals.
o Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, IT compliance standards, and risk management frameworks.
