As a Real Estate Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of the real estate sales team. You will lead a team of sales agents, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure they meet their sales targets. You will also be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Shift Timings :10am to 7pm
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents
Set sales targets and develop sales strategies
Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Territory Sales Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
