We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate projects. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Handle inbound enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and online portals
Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, and offers
Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM / Excel
Coordinate with sales team for closures and updates
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Clear and confident phone etiquette
Ability to convince and handle customer objections
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
Goal-oriented and disciplined
Experience in real estate telecalling or sales (freshers can apply)
Knowledge of property market is an advantage
Ability to work under targets
