Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting products or services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Maintain a record of calls and customer details in the system
Follow up with customers for closure or feedback
Handle customer objections professionally
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus
