Key Responsibilities and Duties

Client Representation: Act as a liaison for buyers, sellers, or renters to understand needs and negotiate terms to secure the best deals.
Property Marketing: Create listings, take photos, and promote properties via digital/print marketing and open houses.
Market Research: Develop competitive market prices by analyzing comparable properties to advise clients on realistic values.
Documentation: Prepare purchase agreements, contracts, leases, and closing statements accurately.
Lead Generation: Proactively find new clients through networking, advertising, and professional relationships.
Showings & Closings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, inspections
